Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in back-end development and a passion for building efficient, scalable, and reliable server-side applications using Node.js.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain server-side web applications using Node.js.
- Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Integrate data storage solutions such as databases, key-value stores, or blob stores.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Node.js Developer with a strong portfolio of past projects.
- Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
- Good understanding of server-side templating languages.
- Experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
