Technical Project Manager
Job Description:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of [specific technical projects or initiatives]. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and stakeholders, to deliver projects that align with company goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Resource Management: Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Allocate resources accordingly.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks. Develop contingency plans as necessary.
- Communication: Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, team members, and management on a regular basis. Facilitate team meetings effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and report on project progress. Perform quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
- Excellent understanding of software development methodologies, preferably Agile.
- Strong technical background with experience in software development and web technologies.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
