UI/UX Designer
Job Description:
As a UI/UX Designer at California Media, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to understand user needs.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- UI Design: Design and deliver high-fidelity UI mockups and assets for development teams.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback, iterating designs based on findings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity throughout the development lifecycle.
- Documentation: Prepare and present design solutions and deliverables, including specifications, guidelines, and style guides.
- Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
